Finally Apple watch entering into India

Hyderabad: Apple watch is finally here and the fans can now cheer about as the Apple watch page on the India apple website now shows ‘Available 6/11’ next to watch icon and the enthusiasts in the country will finally be able to buy the Smart watch starting from November 6 onwards, reports Mobiletor.com
Although there is not much details reveled about its price and models, it is set to come out in 3 variants namely the Watch Sport, Apple Watch, Watch Edition. The first starts at $349 (approx 22700), second at $549 (roughly 35600) and third being the costliest that can go up to $17000 (around 11 lakhs).
The Smartwatch was announced last year in September, and hit store shelves in April this year in most countries except India, but it’s finally arrived.
Features:

Apple watch comes in two case sizes namely 38 MM and 42 MM and gets equipped with a sapphire crystal or Ion-X glass Retina display, depending on the version chosen.
Apple Watch delivers up to 18-hour battery life and runs on the latest Watch 2 OS with support for native apps, an activation lock and a Nightstand mode. The watch has Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi too.

Digital Crown is meant to be used to scroll and browse through the user interface.

The watch allows users to make, receive calls, read e-mails, music, photos, Siri, Wallet, gaming, entertainment, productivity, maps, remote, manage notifications, and keep track of fitness using tools like a Workout and Activity app.

It also comes with Apple’s latest technology the Force Touch, which is a function that that distinguishes between a press and a tap.

Compatible with iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s plus devices running iOS 8.2 or later.

With the wide array of colors available, Apple has also added the recently introduced Rose Gold and Gold aluminum series along with other new color straps.
