Student commits suicide in Kerala
A student from Chennai committed suicide by jumping from College building fifth floor. Student identified as 26-year-old Lakshmi who is pursuing her MS in Local PSG Medical Science and Research from Ernakulam in Kerala. Lakshmi who was seriously injured after jumping from fifth floor and taken her to institute Hospital but died after some time while taking treatment.
Police said that “Preliminary inquiry revealed that the student could not concentrate properly on her studies, because of her mother poor health, admitted to the hospital for dialysis, and took the extreme step.” After her death the body has been sent to Post- mortem to the Government Hospital.
