Sushma Swaraj about China not protesting NSG bid

On sunday the Indian Exuded confidence clarified that membership of Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) application wont get opposition from any other country. External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj said in media that “New Delhi will pursue with its consensus approach on the issue and even try to win over China’s support.

We will succeed in convincing China too, China is not protesting membership of India in NSG. It is only talking of the procedure and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) does not come sitting at home.”She also said that “Today when India speaks, the world listens,” which is been going from 2years recently she said.

“We have decided to reach out to almost all countries in the world with the help of state governments and Cabinet ministers.” Swaraj added that since the BJP government took charge in May 2014, there had been a substantial FDI inflow.
