Modi to inaugurate Hyderabad Metro
Hyderabad: Telangana IT minister KTR said “Commercial operations of Hyderabad Metro Rail first phase will start on June 2, 2016. We are trying our best to get Prime Minister Modi to inaugurate the Metro Rail on the day, which is also Telangana Formation Day”.
He also said on thursday, that all the requred works, including tests and trials and certifications for the Metro, would be completed then. Hyderabad metro first phase from Nagole to Secunderabad station (9 km) under corridor-III and second stage from Miyapur to SR Nagar (11.9 km) under Corridor-I. Total of 20 KM will be opened up for commerical operations on June 2.
