Mohali Chandigarh International Airport start soon.

The new International airport at Mohali Chandigarh will offer the domestic and international flights now it will start soon by August end. domestic flights at the old terminal in chandigrah have been shifted to the new terminal. The new airport will operate soon said by August month end this is been officially said by Rajya Sabha MP and chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture Kanwardeep Singh. The commitee visited the airport friday and held a meeting with Civil Aviation, Defence and Home Ministry officials to “resolve” the delay in starting of international flights from the city.

Singh in the meeting said that “So much money has been spent on this airport. Why haven’t international flights been started? We summoned all the departments concerned, including Ministry of Home, Defense, civil aviation, and every concern stakeholder,” “In today’s meeting, we were able to successfully resolve all the issues. I expect that before August end, international operations will be started from this airport.”
