Fire Broke out at Central Ammunition Depot,Pulgaon

There was a huge loss of lives due to the vast fire exploding at Central ammunition depot in Pulgoan,Wardha district in Maharastra which has killed about 20 people.The blaze has began at around 1:20am and the army officials rushed towards the flames to prevent crucial ammunition from being blown up.

17 defense security corp jawans were injured and among the dead include 2 army officials.Thousands of families living in the nearby villages were evacuated .The fire has been bought into control by 6;15am using 10 fire engines and Chief Minister of Maharastra Devendra Fadnis reported media that incident was unfortunate and said that fire has been brought to hold very fast and he has administered all the district officials to do whatever help possible.

Knowing about the incident PM Narendra Modi tweeted that Defense Minister Manohar Parikar will be visiting the spot and will take stock of the situation.
