KTR visits Silicon Valley
IT Minister and the member of Legislative Assembly Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao visited silicon valley. At first,the Minister visited the Cleantech Incubator I-Hub in California and viewed startups on non- conventional energy resources.He observed the new innovations that have done done using non-conventional energy resources.He interacted with I-Hub emerging researches.
He is very much excited by the small industry making bio-degradable plastic glass which will take only six months to degrade into the soil whereas a normal plastic will take almost take 1000’s of years to degrade. He said the technology would be very useful in a city like Hyderabad as the government intends to make the city plastic-free.
He is having his visits over there in a electric car designed by the Tesla company.KTR himself drove the car ,this car which was launched in 2003 is a sensation in America.
